Tracking and Logging

Refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

What PII is collected?

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information.

We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit this information to us. Users may refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

Who has access to PII?

Disclosure of PII to Comply with Law

We will disclose PII in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information. We will also disclose PII when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.

How does the Site keep PII secure

All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. PII of our Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information. We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information, such as credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols, in place to protect information sent over the Internet. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place and we will not be liable to Visitors or Authorized Customers for any such occurrences.

Can a customer delete or deactivate PII collected by the Site?

We provide Administrators and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate PII from the Site's database by contacting us and asking to have your information removed. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor's entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have PII deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use PII relating to that individual in any way moving forward.


We have taken every reasonable step to safeguard and to help prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. However, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we cannot anticipate all potential misuse of data over the Internet. Please note that we cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us, and your use of the Site indicates that you are willing to assume this risk.
